Community wheels Inc. provides transport services to all medical appointments within our LGA as well as multiple locations and major hospitals outside our government area. These locations include:

- Bella Vista/ Norwest Private Hospital
– Blacktown/ Blacktown Hospital
– Concord/Concord Hospital
– Seven Hills
– Lakeview Private hospital
Further subsidized transport is offered to eligible patients requiring transport to the health facilities of WSLHD for dialysis or cancer treatment.

Bookings are essential for all medical transport requests. A minimum of seven days notice is requested for all individual transport bookings.
